Like many others, I've driven past most of these towns numerous times without stopping. I called for the "Our Journey" packet when I read about it in the paper. The packet was wonderful and a GREAT idea. I was very excited at the thought of visiting places that had previously been just dots on a map and told a friend who decided to call for a packet so she could come too. We used a campground in Seibert as homebase and went to all the museums and geocaches. We had a great time, learned a lot about the history of the area, and found some good restaurants, museums, and an antique shop that will be worth revisiting. We're also looking forward to finding other "hidden gems" in the area the next time.
