We've lived in Colorado for 17 years and have made the long trip back to Missouri to visit family more than 17 times and never had the time to stop at Old Town in Burlington.  So we planned a weekend visit to take our children 7 and 21 months.   WOW was there a lot to see!  We loved the geocaching and the museums were such a treat for our oldest.  The people working in the museums, like Marilyn in Kit Carson, were so lovely and took time to ask our son questions and really get him interested in the itmes & history in their museums.  All week my son has been carrying around all the key chains he collected telling everyone about his Colorado road trip. We had a lovely family weekend and made wonderful memories that will resurface and bring us laughter for years to come.    (We took our son's photo at a couple of your Geocaches around Kit Carson so keep an eye out for our Bridger showing off those carrabeaners.)  Thank you so much.
